Our Tech Leads follow established schedules and procedures for the installation of mobile electronics components into Client’s vehicles. Provide technical advice and assistance on mobile electronics to Clients and other technicians. Supports the DCI Supervisor or Geek Squad Manager with overseeing the Install Bay operations and providing work direction, coaching and training to the Auto Techs.
Installs mobile electronics components, including but not limited to: car stereo components, speakers, amplifiers, and portable audio/GPS devices, keyless entry and security systems, basic OEM Integration and accessories into motorized vehicles for Clients
Provides assistance/service to Clients and complete business transactions
Complete administrative tasks for the Install Bay: completing required forms, parts ordering and closing out register, etc.
Provides a high level of customer service while achieving sales goals and passing internal evaluations/audits
Delivers work direction to the Auto Techs
Train and coach Auto Techs and Sales Consultants in the areas of product and installation sales and customer service
Valid Driver's License
Meet state specific MVR requirement
Hold and maintain the MECP Master Certification
1 year experience with coaching and providing feedback to others
3 years of professional experience with mobile car installations
