PURPOSE AND ROLE:The Customer Support Account Representative provides front line support for the Customer Support function. This position is responsible for utilizing the Companys business systems to process orders. This role will interact directly with Calumet customers, Sales, Plant personnel, Accounting, Credit, Pricing and Transportation.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*Responsible for processing initial order from customers.*Provide dispatching communication to company locations, customers, and vendors.*Investigate and assist with resolving first tier issues.*Represent Calumet in a professional manner, being first voice to customers and create strong partnerships through exemplary customer support.*Provide administrative support to department as needed.*Being proactive with customers in all aspects of service levels.*Additional duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:*High school diploma or GED required.EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:*Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments in a rapidly changing environment while meeting critical deadlines.*Excellent interpersonal communication required, both written and verbal.*Ability to multitask and handle the daily pressure the position can bring on.*Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
