Lilly Advisor-Govt Reporting-CMA in Indianapolis, Indiana
The Government Pricing Operations Advisor will supervise the work of the Government Pricing Consultants to achieve the following:
Government Price Reporting Calculation/Audit:
Lead a team responsible for the calculation and documentation of all Government Pricing required and submission to appropriate regulatory agencies including AMP, Best Price, Non-FAMP, FCP, PHS, Tricare, etc.
Review detailed monthly and quarterly analysis on pricing,
Preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly Government pricing reports for senior management for certification and submission to the government agencies
Ensure accurate and timely submission to the federal/state governments
Auditing: Government pricing technical contact representing Lilly in outside audits for CMS, OIG, GAO, etc.
Ensure compliance with SOX requirements. Provide direction and assistance to various audit initiatives throughout year
Ensure contracting opportunities are reviewed for potential impact to government pricing calculations and provide feedback to CMA team as needed, and approve as appropriate
Ensure contract language for customers is reviewed for potential impact to government pricing and provide feedback to the CMA team as needed, and approve as appropriate
Support product lifecycle events by ensuring reporting is accurate and timely
Problem solving/Project Management
Responsible for the design, development, documentation and implementation of new versions of the Government Pricing systems.
Responsible for the implementation of new requirements by the required effective date and based on reasonable assumptions documented by Lilly.
Provide ad hoc analysis to support government strategy requests
- Hire, train, coach and manage the GP Operations staff
Demonstrated effectiveness as a supervisor of technical operations
Knowledge of the US pharmaceutical payer marketplace
Working knowledge of the Affordable Care Act
General understanding of political / legislative environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong business acumen / analytical skills/learning agility

Location: Indianapolis, LTC-S
10% travel, depending on business need
Position reports to: Senior Director, Contract Management and Analytics

3 to 5 years of extensive PRA experience in the US marketplace
3 to 5 years of experience and expertise with Government Drug Pricing Program, including the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Average Selling Price and 340B
