What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform research, design and development of manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly methods, and production equipment.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed layouts of buildings and equipment.

  • Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products, including establishing goals, training team members and evaluating results.

  • Design, develop, test or source and cost justify various tools, machinery, and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.

  • Perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency improvement.

  • Represent manufacturing on cross-functional teams.

What You Need for this Position

Qualified candidates should have experience with most or some of the following:

  • Lean Manufacturing

  • Assembly Methods

  • Production Flow, Analysis, and Troubleshooting

  • Cost Reductions

  • Efficiency Improvements
