Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: ·Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope. ·Leads efforts to identify best practices. ·Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. ·Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs. ·Designs methods for integrating function and process. Conducts cost/benefit analyses. ·Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

This position will allow you to work remote anywhere within the US The department operates from 8 AM to 7 PM EST (You must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs) 20% travel based on needs of the department

_Business Change Manager_ Requires BA/BS degree in a related field; 5 years of project coordinator and/or management experience. or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background 3 years leading projects 3 years’ experience working healthcare and/or clinical environment Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Project)
