WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our hospitals need reliable Shuttle Operators to safely transport hospital employees, patients, and visitors. You need to communicate effectively and comply with local traffic regulations. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Operate a hospital passenger shuttle bus to transport hospital employees, patients, and visitors to and from the hospital buildings and parking lots and designated pick up and drop off locations.
Maintain proper training on shuttle bus operations.
Attend related meetings and training in regards to shuttle bus concerns.
Follow all of the rules, regulations, and policies of the department.
Conduct proper daily pre-trip inspections of the bus.
Keep the bus interior clean.
Comply with local traffic regulations.
Report any change in the status of driver’s license to their supervisor.
During shuttle rounds, watch for any safety/security situations or concerns and report them immediately.
Properly use hospital-provided mobile telephone, pager, or other-related technology.
Assist customers on and off the bus.
Maintain confidentiality of private patient information.
Observe and obey the Rules & Regulations that are defined within the Admin and Operations Manual.

Knowledge of proper use and safe operation of shuttle bus.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High School Diploma/ GED Required
1-3 Years Experience
License(s): Driver's License
