Description:
Scope Summary: The Picker is responsible for picking orders and ensuring accuracy by cross referencing products with paper invoices. This individual must demonstrate behaviors consistent with Goodwill Industries Historic Values, Basic Principles, and Standards of Conduct.
Qualifications
• Attention to detail a MUST
• Solid decision making skills
• Ability to review written instruction and execute with accuracy
• Ability to bend and climb
• Light lifting required
Critical Job Duties
• Using a paper invoice, identify product location and pull product for shipping
• Confirm accuracy of product pulled by cross referencing invoice
• Inspect product’s condition and ensure it is aligned with description provided
• Willing to handle other job duties as assigned
