JOB DUTIES:The Physical Therapist performs professional Physical Therapy activities in accordance to policies and physician plan of treatment to promote positive health outcomes and quality services for patients; Practices within the scope of physical therapy; Adheres to all policies, procedures, state and federal laws and regulations
EXPERIENCE:Two years in a practice of Physical Therapy preferred; New graduates eligible
EDUCATION:Bachelors of Science degree from an accredited program is required
LICENSE:Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Indiana; CPR certification
SKILLS:Practices within the scope of physical therapy; Adheres to all policies, procedures, state and federal laws and regulations
