MacAllister Administrator – Customer Support Agreements in Indianapolis, Indiana

Administer Customer Service Agreements (CSAs) by applying standard jobs associated with preventive maintenance services that are to be performed at agreed upon intervals and pricing. Will be responsible for monitoring the CSAs on a daily basis to ensure all services are being performed according to the CSA and at agreed pricing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain the customer contract database for all new and renewed contracts

  • Create work orders for preventive maintenance to be performed

  • Monitor all open work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner

  • Ensure description of work is accurate for all preventative maintenance services and provide to the customer on time

  • Ensure service departments are notified of customer’s requests, scheduled services, and service pricing including all standard (flat) rates within customer’s contracts

Occasional Responsibilities:

  • Process all approved extended warranty agreements within CAT warranty database

  • Coordinate with IT any changes required to the service scheduling database

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • No formal responsibility for supervising others


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2 years or more of experience in customer account management/customer service


  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration

  • 5 years or more of experience in customer account management/customer service

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and listening skills
