JOB DESCRIPTION Aon Is Looking For An Operations Specialist I As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our KandK business group within Aon Affinity, in Ft Wayne IN. Your Impact As An Operations Specialist I Job Responsibilities: * Maintain agency database information in all systems. * Send out broker kits * Update 1099 information * Process Web/AuMine errors and failed policy emails. * System testing and training. * Proctor exams for sales/underwriting/claims staff. * Onboard new KandK staff * Act as local applications helpdesk. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience: * Insurance/compliance background, or industry knowledge. * Superior attention to detail. * Exceptional organizational skills and computer literacy * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; uphold the organizations values and is a positive spokesperson for the company * Demonstrated quick learner able to function in a fast paced environment.
