Job Description Job Code FN0920 Financial Analyst *Title AR Analyst *Job DescriptionThis position will report to the CSS Order-To-Cash Leader mainly supporting the Accounts Receivable function. This individual is the lead on all analytics and reporting for the team including daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting and month-end close duties. Additionally, this role is considered the subject matter expert for all related rhythms across the OTC functional team. This role will be a key partner for the OTC team and will provide support to managers and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective reporting across all the individual teams.Primary Responsibilities * Complete all analytics and reporting for the CSS US Collections team timely and effectively which includes Cash Collections, Past Due, and Unbilled * Act as a business partner to the Collections team supervisory team to ensure information is readably available to ensure targets and goals are met * Responsible for the completion of all Month end closing activities for the US Collections team; including analysis of Allowance for Doubtful Accounts and HFM entity aging * Implement and maintain database processes that maintain SBN and SAP customer account receivables to ensure accurate and efficient reporting * Partner with Collections team management to ensure quarterly incentive plans are designed, measured, and paid accurately * Partner with the Collections management team to ensure the overall success of the OTC team deliverables * Partner with Finance to efficiently provide reporting of results and analytics that encompass the overall performance of the team * Responsible for the completion of ad-hoc reporting and analytic requests at the request of CSS Order-To-Cash Leader * Partner with IT, Sales and Operations on systems implementations and other projects as neededRequirements * Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting * 3+ years experience in Finance or Accounting * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Experience in financial planning and reporting, collections supervision, or * SAP and HFM experience preferred * Advanced Excel and Database skills required * Excellent problem solving/trouble shooting skills * Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic and fast paced setting * Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently EEO Statement All qualified applicants to Stanley Black and Decker are considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran s status or any other protected characteristic..Employer's Job# 49220BRPlease visit job URL for more information about this opening and to view EOE statement.
