Major Responsibilities Supports the Customer Care Supervisor with the ADI timekeeping system and HRIS activities.Provides encouragement, inspiration, and motivation to team members.Ensures that team is achieving performance and quality standards. Assists with monitoring calls and performance coaching. Ensures that team members follow their assigned schedules; informs Customer Care Supervisor of issues.Recommends developmental opportunities for team members. Identifies and recommends process improvements. Conducts training for incoming Customer Care Representatives.Assists Customer Care Supervisor by handling high-level customer issues. Handles escalated calls, complaints, and questions as appropriate. Troubleshoots service issues.Facilitates cross-functional and interdepartmental communication. Actively participates in team meetings.Assist customers with quotes, orders, returns on merchandise, etc as needed.Understands and demonstrates Essendant's Core Values.Performs other duties as assigned.
