          Alion Science and Technology Prog Plan Control Analyst-Assoc in Crane Indiana United States

          Your main responsibilities will center on gathering planning and actual
          expenditure information from various customer sources, creating financial
          status reports, and identify variances from plans. You will collect the
          necessary information and create procurement packages for projects using
          various data entry systems. Develop budgets and project schedules. Review
          reports, memoranda, and create briefing materials. Attend project reviews and
          prepare minutes. Provide rapid response to information requests. Conduct
          analyses and provide reports that identify, quantify, and evaluate financial
          execution of customer projects. Develop and improve processes and be
          considered as a resource for resolution of unique or complex problems.
          Maintain effective customer contacts. We require a Bachelors degree in any of
          the following disciplines Accounting, Financial Management or Statistics along
          with 2-4 years experience in reviewing program financials and project
          management of contracts. A background in basic computer programming such as
          Visual Basic preferred. Good organizational skills, technical writing,
          presentation preparation, proficiency in MS Office, (exceptional proficiency
          in excel and power point), knowledge/use of SharePoint desired. US Citizenship
          and a current DoD clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance is required.
